We had great fun today coming to school in our pyjamas. We brought books and chilled together in class during our Big Read. We spent some time illustrating a robot using our creativity. We also had Free Writing Friday time and wrote some great sentences and stories.

We have recently started looking at length and measure as our numeracy topic. We started exploring measuring using non standard units such as whiteboard pens, paperclips and glue to measure objects around the classroom. Chess club have been learning about the rules of chess and how to correctly set up a chess board. We spent time learning about all of the pieces on the board before beginning to challenge each other in our chess league.
